Jennifer Leung has appeared as counsel at the Alberta Provincial Court, Queen's Bench of Alberta, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Jennifer is frequently called upon by clients to deal with issues relating to complex family law matters and aims to provide prompt, practical, and cost-effective advice to her clients. She understands that a divorce or separation can be the most difficult time in a person's life and is sensitive to client needs and objectives. She keeps her clients regularly updated and informed about the progress of their file.

Jennifer has an Asia Pacific Management Diploma and a Bachelor of Management. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.

Jennifer graduated from the Asia Pacific Management Program at Grant MacEwan College (now MacEwan University) where she won the Hong Kong Canada Bureau Association Scholarship and maintained First Class standing. This program culminated in a practicum with the Online Business Division of BMG Music in Tokyo, Japan.

Jennifer attended the University of Lethbridge, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Great Distinction and on the Dean’s Honour List. After graduation she worked at TD Canada Trust and TD Waterhouse in investment services.

Knowing she could make a difference in the lives of others, Jennifer attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta. Jennifer was called to the Bar in 2010 and has provided first-class assistance on a variety of issues from desk divorces to complex custody battles. Before founding TC Family Law Group, an association for the practice of law, with Dale Tumbach, Thomas Colquhoun, Mark Demas, Joanna Davidoff, and Sean Schaefer, Jennifer was employed at medium sized full service firm in the City of Edmonton.

Volunteering is important to Jennifer and she is involved with Change for the Children, the Mustard Seed Church, and is a regular Edmonton Community Legal Centre volunteer in their family law program.
